Indiana Jones( 8 out of ten 10)

Indiana Jones Directed by Steven Spielberg is about a man named Indiana Jones who is on a quest to find find the answers to the past by searching the world to find lost artifacts. He is good at what he does, but he isn't the only one after these mysterious objects. He will fight and kill to reach his dream of finding Noah's arch and his dream of unlocking the key to all human existence.

This was my first time watching this movie and I was pretty impressed. I liked it a lot, and wasn't sure in the beginning if I was going to. I have never been a fan of Indiana Jones movies but this one was a joy to watch. My favorite part was how Harrison Ford got through all the traps that were set up by the natives, in order to find the artifacts. He new exactly what to do and it was so realistic. I also liked the scene where he is fighting off all the Nazis on while driving the truck, and he crawls underneath it while its still moving. That was pretty awesome.

I gave this movie an 8 because I didn't really like the ending. I thought it was a little cheesy and I wish it could have been a little bit more intense and inspirational I suppose. Over all, it was a very classy action movie that had a good story and good effects.

Top 10 movies

1. Iron Man
Iron Man made my number one movie because it was a great film and did a fantastic job making a great action film with some comedy and a little bit of love. It had some of my favorite actors and actresses and I just loved it.

2. The Dark Night

The Dark Night made my second film because it was such an amazing movie with great effects. The joker was played very very well and Batman did a fantastic job being the superhero. This movie was really good to me mainly because the action and the thrills it gave me while watching. Everything about it was exciting.

3. Finding Nemo

Disney movies have always been movies that I love. Finding Nemo is a favorite because I can relate to this story in so many ways. I have been on a long successful journey, where the most important thing I learned from it was family. This movie teaches you so much about how family is the number one thing you have in life and that you should tell them you love them everyday.

4. Wall-e

Wall-e was a pretty good film considering that half of it had no talking. The robots were a symbol of two people in love. It touched my heart and made me cry the first time I saw it. This movie was something that grew on me and it made me so happy and feel good about myself. It is a great film to watch with a boyfriend or girlfriend and the family. It is a movie that will never go out of style and I thought that it was definitely top five.

5. Indiana Jones

Indiana Jones was my number five mainly because it was a very good movie to watch based off of its action and gnarly stunts. I am not a fan of these films but this movie did a good job of catching my attention right in the beginning. Harrison Ford is one of my favorite actors and I really enjoyed watching him in this movie as a man who is on a mission to find the lost ark. the ending of this movie was kind of dumb but over all it was pretty good.

6. Rocky III

Now this movie is something that I enjoyed because I love inspirational films about men and woman who have to fight and prove that they are the best. Everyone always wants the good guy to win and it is so exciting when you get really  into a film where you start to think its real. This movie was like that for me and I thought that from beginning to end it did a good job keeping you interested and giving you something to talk about.

7. The Italian Job

I have seen this movie many many times. I enjoy it every time because it is such an awesome and clever movie. I love how there is a team of highly talented men to steal gold and the way they do it really makes you have goosebumps.  I love watching movies where the characters do crazy stunts and get a way with it. Even though we all know its just a movie, it really makes you say wow that was sick! This movie made me say that more than once.

8. The Bourne identity

The very first seen you see is a dead man floating in the water. From that second my eyes are glued to the screen. To the last scene where he is hugging the girl he loves.  This movie is non stop action all the way. Jason Bourne played by Matt Damon is a wonderful actor and a very skilled government spy. This is a film for everyone to enjoy and get caught up in.

9. The Curious Case of Benjamen Button

The Curious Case of Benjamen Button, definitely made me curious. A good movie means something different to everyone, but to me is one that keeps me interested and wanting to keep watching. This movie is a great example of a film that keeps my mind thinking. Although it had its up and downs, it had some great acting and a great story line that all audiences will love.

10. The karate Kid

Out of all the movies we watched in class, I didn't have a top ten. I decided to put the karate Kid tenth because I ran out of movies that I liked. This was a very boring film to me and It was one I already knew what was going to happen. I did however think that the it was a cute film for young boys and girls.

Never Back Down ( 3 out of 10)

Who doesn't love a action flick with two very handsome teenage boys fighting with there shirts off? No one under the age of 14 that's for sure. This movie takes place in Miami Florida where a boy named Jake Tyler( Sean Ferris) is new in school and is having a hard time fitting in to the cool crowd. Ryan McCarthy who is played by Cam Gigandet is the coolest kid in town. He has mad fighting skills to prove it. When he has everything that Jake dreams of having including the perfect girlfriend, they will soon begin to fight where every real man goes to prove he is the best. The fighting rink.

While watching this movie all I could think about was who thought of making such a stupid film. It wasn't bad until it became way to cheesy and like all movies, made a way over exaggerated point showing what high school is like. For example when Jake Tyler first moves to school, everyone knows who he is because there cell phones all have video of him fighting. I thought this was dumb because how did everyone know he was moving to there school and why did so many people know he got kicked out of school. I found it very odd and hard to believe that would ever happen in real life. Besides the cute boys and the shirtless scenes, I know I can speak for all girls that this movie was lame and had no point to it whatsoever.

I feel bad for the actors and actresses in this film. They all did a really bad job and should not have tried out for the part. I think that this movie didn't deserve to come out into theaters, but I am sure there are many young girls out there that waited in line to see it. All fifteen of them.

Walle ( 10 out of 10)

Another Disney film came out in 2008 called Wall-e. This movie which will attract the young minds all round the world. This Disney love story is between two robots. One whom lives on earth that is deserted by humans. The other lives in space who is designed to find life on earth. When there paths cross, Wall-e will find himself love struck at this spectacular robot named Eva, and willing to do anything for her, especially when the human race is in trouble.

Everyone from ages 1 to 100 loves a Disney movie. Over the years Disney has expanded its imagination to a whole new world of love, humor, horror, and comedy. This movie is one to enjoy for a life time. I thought that it did a great job getting my attention, and getting me to laugh out loud. It touched my heart in many places. It all started at the part where Wall-e would always look at his hand because he wanted to hold Eva's hand. He new that holding hands was a symbol of love and that's all he wanted. I thought it was adorable and it made me feel sympathy for Wall-e. Also, I loved the part when Wall-e is put in a room where Robots that aren't wanted go, and he sees Eva is taken to the cleaning room and believes she is in danger. But when he cant get out of his cube, he figures out a way to escape, and he tries to save her when she was fine. I thought that was so sweet and a great way to show how much Wall-e loves her.

This movie had a great beginning, middle and end. The beginning was my favorite part of the whole movie. I loved how they showed what happened to earth when technology takes over our lives. I would recommend this movie to all who hasn't seen it already. It is an amazing motion picture, and I will be watching it again soon!!

iron man( 10 out of 10)

Who doesn't love a film where the lead actor is Robert Downey Jr and Jeff Brigdes? I know that they are some Americas most favorite actors. No to mention my own. In the movie Iron Man directed by Jon Favreau, Robert plays a man named Tony Stark and Jeff Brigdes plays Obadiah Stan. This Action movie is a story of a man who is more talented than god when it comes to building machines and weapons. His role in this movie is a millionaire engineer who is captured in Afghanistan where he is held captive in a cave, but he builds an armor suit to set him free. Soon he will face more problems than the betrayal of his own company, but perhaps even the love of his life Pepper, played by Gwyneth Paltrow.

I would have given this movie a higher rating if I could have. I love action films with some humor and romance. I love films where they are intense and have a a lot of catchy lines. This movie in-particular had a lot of witty lines that made me laugh. For example Tony Stark is very sarcastic, and when he is asked by and interviewer " You have been called the Da Vinci of our time, what do you say to that?" he replies, "Absolutely ridiculous, I don't paint." I thought this was very funny.

So when the movie was over, I really enjoyed how it ended and I am so excited to see Iron Man 2 coming out this year. I hope it is a good and humorous as the first one. Over all, This movie is a great one to watch and a classic movie to add to you film collection at home!

The Dark Night (10 out of 10)

From the second you turn on the movie The Dark Night on, directed by Christopher Nolan, you will not be able to turn your eyes away from the screen. This movie is a known thriller all around the world. Batman who is played by Christian Bail is a hero in a city called Gotham. When a new criminal mastermind named the Joker starts to cause new tension in Gotham, Batman must go against everything he believes, in order to stop the villain from killing more people. The thriller and love story brings out the true villain in every hero and questions what good really is.

A ten out of ten is just a rating I would give this movie, but words cannot describe how much I enjoyed watching it. The acting in this movie was so indescribable. My favorite character was the Joker, played by Health ledger. My favorite part of the movie was when he and the bad guys in the mob were all in a meeting room, and the Joker tells them that they all better listen to him or Batman will kill them. The bad guys don't believe him, and thats when the real fighting begins. I thought the Joker was bad ass and also the movie made his evil nature funny. I laughed at the way he did things and acted. I loved how he approached the situations in the movie. For example when he says " Excuse me, I wanna drive." He says this as he pushes a man out of his own truck so he can catch up with the batman.

The end was also a very good one. I love how in ends like in every super hero film where the bad guy dies and everyone learns and they change from it. The action was good and there wasn't to many explosions.  Over all I loved it!! This movie was great and I hope they make another  one just like it.
